Who we are
Cosmic Prep has been providing tutoring services for the SAT since 2009. Our founder, Douglas Kovel, Ed.M., scored in the 99th percentile, graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown, and earned a 4.0 from Harvard’s Mind, Brain, and Education program, where he studied how people actually learn. Frustrated by cookie-cutter courses, Doug started building his own tools: clear notes, smarter drills, and custom quizzes designed to help students where typical test prep falls short.Â
